This notice explains how Xleredge Tech LLC ("Xleredge", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit xleredge.com or contact us. We collect very little, so it is short.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you request a pre-assessment, we collect your name, work email, company, current integration platform and approximate interface count. When you email us, we receive whatever you include in your message.
- Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider and the services listed below may receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, as part of delivering the page.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics on this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange a call.
- To prepare and deliver services you ask us for.
- To keep records of our business communications and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the site and handle messages. They process information only to provide their service to us:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers pre-assessment form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, so your browser requests font files from Google.
- Our website host and email provider.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this notice continues to apply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to three years after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep records as our contract and the law require.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, and we will not treat you differently for using them. We respond within the time the applicable law requires.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive data such as passwords or production system extracts through the website form.

We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.

Our content
The site's text, graphics, logo and design are owned by Xleredge or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation. Please do not copy, modify or republish them for commercial use without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, send spam or malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
